Saturday’s dinner, hosted by UntappedParis and Singapore Takeout with Chef Andre Chiang will be at the Hippodrome d’Auteil, a racetrack that opened in 1873 on the edge of the Bois de Boulogne. We’re excited that Untapped will add to the illustrious and untapped history of the racetrack this weekend.
