8. Gallow Green
What better way to cool off after a hot summer day than on a rooftop bar filled with cold drinks, vintage glassware and plenty of shade? At the Gallow Green rooftop bar above the McKittrick Hotel, home to Sleep No More (Punchdrunk’s interactive theatre piece), enjoy cocktails, greenery and a classic country atmosphere with twinkle lights and rustic tables and chairs. Gallow Green is open until 11 p.m. on Sunday-Thursday and 1 a.m. Friday-Saturday, and has a bottomless brunch every Saturday and Sunday. And just as fun, in the winter Gallow Green turns into The Lodge, an incredibly detailed Scottish cabin in the woods. See more photos here.
