Before she was stalking her own stalkers, drinking her weight and ours in alcohol, and dealing with people with mind control powers, Jessica Jones was a sandwich. Well, someone who wore a sandwich costume and handed out flyers on the corner of East 16th and Irving Plaza in Gramercy, in front of The Cottage, a Chinese restaurant with unlimited wine (wonder if she knew that…). She had no intentions of being a superhero, until she saved a little girl from getting run over by a yellow cab.
