In celebration of Pride Month and to kick off The Bronx Pride Week, the Brooklyn Museum is hosting FIERCE Friday, a night of performances, conversation and a drink-n-draw session.

Saturday, June 16

Calling all transit nerds! The New York Transit Museum’s 4th Annual Parade of Trains takes place this weekend, bringing out six different types of vintage train cars for shuttle rides.

The Hot Dog Bus, one of our 40 outdoor art installations to see in June, will be giving out hot dogs!

Join our popular tour of the Secrets of Grand Central Terminal to see its hidden tennis courts, learn about a movie theater that was once inside, and tons of other little known fun facts about the landmarked building!

Sunday, June 17th

We are also running our hard hat tour of the abandoned hospitals on Ellis Island and our Secrets of Central Park Tour, where you’ll discover the secret bolt that dates back to the laying out of New York City’s street grid (and many more fun tidbits)!

Monday, June 18th

Can you tell the difference between a secret and a lie? At New York City’s Secrets and Lies, presented by Caveat, guests will listen to five expert storytellers spin incredible tales about the secret pasts of New York City locations you walk by every day. Untapped Cities Insiders get tickets to this event for free!

Tuesday, June 19th

Rooftop Films will return to the roof of The William Vale for the premiere of Unlovable, a musical comedy inspired by a true story, and a Q&A session with its stars. This is one of many movie screenings taking place throughout the summer!

The 10th Annual BAMcinemaFest kicks off today and runs until July 1st! See the best of independent cinema in this yearly festival.

Thursday, June 21st
