The events this year were curated by environmentalist and author Bill McKibben and fall under the theme of “The Climate Moment.” At each event moderated by McKibben, speakers will discuss the urgency to act, environmental justice, local policy, the food we eat and produce, and how to motivate people to change their ways. The Cook-Off will be held on the third floor of the New York City Museum. Proceeds will support the museum’s fire safety education mission while keeping the history of New York’s Bravest alive.
