Yesterday we announced an exciting contest to win a 5-course dinner in Paris with Chef Andre Chiang, an UntappedParis partnership with Singapore Takeout and  Singapore International Culinary Exchange (SPICE). For today’s feature, we will spotlight the Singapore Takeout World Tour.

Singapore-inspired food from the “Singapore Takeout,” a mobile pop-up kitchen concept that unfolds — or should we say, transforms — from what looks like an ordinary shipping container. In each city, Singapore’s most innovative and internationally celebrated chefs work side-by-side talent from each respective destination. In Paris, Andre Chiang will work with Sven Chartier of Saturne. “Singapore Takeout” is a part of the Singapore International Culinary Exchange (SPICE), an international gastronomic initiative collaboratively fronted by International Enterprise Singapore, Singapore Tourism Board and SPRING Singapore.
