The photo above is preview of the dinner that will be served, which includes potato bravas confit in chive oil, jasmine rice squid risotto and hot fois gras jelly ‘Chawanmushi’ black truffle coulis.
Chef André Chiang of Restaurant Andre in Singapore worked with Sven Chartier of Saturne to create the 5-course dinner that will be served.

The Untapped Paris/Singapore Takeout dinner will take place on July 2nd, 7pm to 8:30pm. There are a limited number of seats.
