2nd Time Around high-end consignment has grown over the past thirty-five years to over forty shops in twelve states. With ten to choose from in New York City alone, we decided to visit their Carnegie Hill shop in this adorable space located at 1318 Madison Avenue between 93rd and 94th Streets.
