In lieu of the traditional Russian dressing, Carroll Gardens’ Court Street Grocers, on 485 Court Street, swaps a spicier Mississippi-style roux and uses fattier short ribs instead of brisket. The result? A melt-in-your-mouth wonder that will leave you licking your lips.
