Governor’s Island Art Fair

The 11th Annual Governor’s Island Art Fair kicks off this Saturday on Colonels Row at Governors Island. Nearly 100 artists will exhibit their work across eight of the historic homes on Colonels Row, with each artist installing in an individual room or connective space. The fair, the largest independent exhibition in New York City, is produced by 4heads, a nonprofit organization created by artists for artists, and will be will be open every weekend in September from 11am until 6pm.
