Open House New York (OHNY) weekend, which celebrates architecture and urban design by opening extraordinary places to the public for talks, tours and other special programming, is coming up from October 12-14 this year. Today, 11 new reservation-only sites open for registration (along with the previous ones), but nearly 150 are completely open-access, including some must hits like the Jefferson Market Library clocktower, the Dime Savings Bank in Brooklyn and the Montauk Club, among many others. While the open-access sites are free and don’t require reservations, they might be subject to long lines. But you can win two OHNY Weekend Passports, a VIP pin that gives the wearer and a guest front-of-the line admittance to all Open Access sites!
