The French Cheese Board lists their picks for the top 10 French cheeses: mimolette, blue d’Auvergne, brie, comté, pont-l’Évêque, Saint-Nectaire, triple-crème, camembert, emmental, and raclette. In addition to these classes and wine and cheese pairings, the French Cheese Board has put on “Bloomy Rind Exhibits,” in which bloomy rind cheeses that are soft, fluffy, and white are presented alongside edible flowers. From June 26 until July 17, they are hosting their third season of “Tour de Fromage.” Every day. they post on Instagram at a random time, and the first three people who come into the store and name what was posted will win it.
