Each one of the thirty-seven residences at 145 Central Park North boasts its own gorgeous view of Central Park. The Gluck+-designed condominium building was designed to offer every resident an unobstructed view of the park across the street. On an upcoming Untapped New York Insiders tour of the property, you can see these views that New Yorkers dream of in person as Nest Seekers Broker Mike Fabbri brings guests up into the Penthouse!

Inside 145 Central Park North

Located in the vibrant and historic neighborhood of Harlem, just steps away from Central Park’s Harlem Meer, North Woods, and The Blockhouse, the structure is designed to be harmonious with the surrounding architecture. The facade on the building’s lower floors features a unique skin made of bronze segments which “relate to the height, rhythm, and texture of the neighboring residential buildings from the 1930s.” The top four floors of the building are wrapped in an all-glass skin.

The amazing views in each apartment are thanks to the unique shallow depth of the lot which is wider than it is deep, with 100 feet facing the park. This shape allows for floor-through apartments and optimized views. On the upper floors, residents can see northern views toward upper Manhattan.

The views aren’t the only luxurious feature of the building. Inside, the condominiums are finished with white oak floors, floor-to-ceiling windows, and chic kitchens. The amenities of the building include a children’s playroom, a fitness center, and an incredible rooftop deck. One of the most important amenities is the building’s proximity to the park.
