Great Jones Distilling Co. VIP Tour & Tasting
On the Great Jones Distilling Co.’s Peated Scotch Cask Bourbon – VIP Tour, guests will enjoy a guided tasting of four Great Jones whiskeys including Straight Bourbon, Four Grain Bourbon, Rye, and their newest distillery exclusive, a Peated Scotch Cask Bourbon. This 7-year-old straight bourbon has been finished for two years in peated scotch casks and is 96 proof.
Along with the guided tasting experience, guests will go on a behind-the-scenes tour of the distillery to learn how Great Jones’ whiskeys are made. As you walk past the shiny copper stills, giant stainless steel vats, and winding network of pipes, you’ll discover how unique locally sourced ingredients transform into high-quality spirits.
