About this Event:
Submerge is a year-long, open-call program that aims to spotlight the next generation of creative innovators—ranging from 3D animators and AI innovators to interactive multimedia storytellers. After celebrating five years at the forefront of art, technology, and community, ARTECHOUSE NYC’s subterranean space beneath Chelsea Market will be reimagined as a platform for discovery and experimentation, a living laboratory, and launchpad for a new generation of creatives.
Visitors will be invited to submerge themselves in a continuously changing world of digital art, experiencing firsthand how diverse talents shape the future of art through immersive storytelling. This initiative underscores ARTECHOUSE’s enduring commitment to championing new voices and expanding the boundaries of what art can be.
Building on ARTECHOUSE’s history of showcasing visionary artists, including Refik Anadol, whose first American exhibition debuted with ARTECHOUSE in 2018, Submerge broadens its scope to highlight and empower fresh talent, pushing the boundaries of digital storytelling and aesthetics. Cohorts are invited through an open-call process, ensuring a continuous infusion of diverse voices and ideas to shape the program. More than 100 creatives are set to be showcased throughout the year.

How many tickets can I reserve?
If you are an Insider level member ($20/month), you can reserve 1 ticket to this event. Explorer level members ($30/month) or Superfan ($100/month) can reserve 2 tickets. If you are a Support or Enthusiast level member but would like to attend, it’s easy to upgrade your account here!

The event is sold out?
In-person Insider tours may have limited capacity and are booked on a first come, first served basis.
But don’t worry! Sometimes spots open up closer to the event date if there are cancellations. We also repeat our most popular events when possible so you will have another opportunity to join us. There are also multiple other members-only events weekly that you can join in!
What if I need to cancel?
If you cancel more than 24 hours ahead of the scheduled event, you will receive a 100% refund. Please be courteous to your fellow Insiders and let us know if you can no longer attend so we can offer your spot to another person.
