6/28 | 6/29 SKIT JOB: 1 guy, 1 skit/week for a year (Lincoln Center)

In September 2010, Ian McWethy challenged himself to write one skit, every week, for a calendar year. At Untapped, we like these kinds of quirky challenges, not unlike Chris Snyder’s threesixfive project in which he recorded a new song every day for a year.

In January 2011, The Fordham University Alumni Company offered Ian a workshop to develop these skits. And this week, people can bear witness to the readings of the best skits.  Two completely different nights of sketch comedy. 8 actors. And a mysterious addition of music stands. UntappedNY is offering two reserved front-row seats to each show this week. Like us on Facebook and write on our wall, “I want to win front row seats to Skit Job” or follow us on Twitter and tweet, “Hey @Untappedcities,  want to win front row seats to Skit Job in #NYC”
