When we first saw this reported by the Huffington Post, we had to go check it out for ourselves. In front of Paris’ Hôtel de Ville (city hall) in the Marais is a piece of landscape art designed to look 3D.

It looks small but is actually massive. I spoke to one of the men working on the art. He said he wasn’t the designer but was repainting the white lines. You have to look from a specific angle to catch the 3D effect and there was a long line–but it’s worth it!
