The Bronx Brewery East Village is excited to welcome Untapped New York Insiders to a behind-the-scenes, brewer-lead tour.
- Brewer-led tour of the brewery’s three-vessel, 1-BBL pilot brew system
- An interactive overview of the entire beer-making process, from recipe development to packaging
- Q&A with our brewer with a complimentary tasting of one of our limited-release beers
- Insiders can purchase and exclusive, brewer-curated, 8-beer sampling flight with a burger and side of your choosing.
- Dedicated space overlooking the brewery for the group to hang out and enjoy the beer and burgers following the tour and Q&A.
- 10% discount on merchandise and take-away beer
About this Event:
Brewer-lead tour of the The Bronx Brewery East Village and Bastard Burgers space, including our three-vessel, 1 BBL pilot brewing system with an overview of the entire beer making process, from recipe and flavor profile development, raw materials selection, wort production, yeast handling and fermentation, dry hopping and conditioning processes and finally, packaging. The tour would wrap up with some Q&A and a complimentary 5oz. pour of a beer of your choosing.
