About this Tour

On this tour of Fotografiska, guests will get an insider perspective on the art and artists on view. Led by the Exhibition Managers, you will explore all five current exhibitions inside this innovative museum space. The building that houses Fotografiska was built in 1894 as the Church Missions House. Inside, the museum space incorporates original architectural elements including vaulted ceilings and stunning stained glass windows.

About Your Guides

Meredith Breech is a graduate of The King’s College where she studied cultural interpretation
and art history. She has organized exhibitions for international fine art galleries and art fairs and brings these years of experience to her role as Exhibitions Manager at Fotografiska New York. She is passionate about curating exhibitions that invite engagement from inclusive audiences.

Grace Noh received her M.A. in Art History from New York University Institute of Fine Arts. Her curatorial practice revolves around translating the past and forming them into new ideas in the present and the future. She challenges and pushes the boundaries of viewing and understanding the exhibition format to encourage greater discussion. She has curated and organized exhibitions, produced digital content, and published journals for numerous arts and cultural spaces, including Jimei x Arles International Photography Festival in Xiamen, China and Fotografiska New York. She co-founded MiA Collective Art, an art collective platform based in Beijing and New York.

María Sprowls Cervantes is Exhibitions & Programming Manager at Fotografiska New York with several years of experience as a large-scaled project manager in the arts in New York City. She is a Mexican New York-based visual artist and photographer, and holds an M.F.A. in Photography from Parsons School of Design and a B.A. in Communication Arts focused in Photography and Semiotics in Mass Media. María has worked at the Museum of Modern Art, the International Center of Photography, and worked closely for many years with artists Marina Abramović and Lawrence Weiner.
