Yonkers Raceway is opening its barn doors for a behind-the-scenes tour like no other.
The tour will include:
- Exclusive behind-the-scenes tour and racing experience
- Go inside the paddock where horses wait for the races
- Meet & greet with world-class racing driver and racing expert
- Watch the races from the Driver’s Building and Winner’s Circle
- Wagering lesson and complimentary racing program
- Potential group photo opportunity inside the Winner’s Circle with the winning horse and driver
About this Event:
Enter the raceway’s legendary paddock where harness racing’s premier horses await their turn to claim victory, get up-close-and-personal with the horses while hearing from a world-class driver and harness racing expert. You will even get some tips on how to bet on the ponies while watching the races from the private Drivers’ Building and the Winner’s Circle.
Yonkers Raceway at Empire City Casino by MGM Resorts, founded in 1899, is a one-half-mile standardbred harness racing dirt track and New York state-approved slots racino located at the intersection of Central Park Avenue and Yonkers Avenue in Yonkers, New York. The 122-year-old track, which hosted the legendary Seabiscuit several times when it was a thoroughbred track, recently underwent its first renovation in more than 15 years to enhance the racing experience which Insiders will also see firsthand. Live harness racing takes place at the historic track Monday through Friday with a nightly post time of 7:15 p.m.

How many tickets can I reserve?

The event is sold out?
In-person Insider tours may have limited capacity and are booked on a first come, first served basis.
But don’t worry! Sometimes spots open up closer to the event date if there are cancellations. We also repeat our most popular events when possible so you will have another opportunity to join us. There are also multiple other members-only events weekly that you can join in!
What if I need to cancel?
If you cancel more than 48 hours ahead of the scheduled event, you will receive a 100%. When canceled less than 48 hours before the start of your tour, you will receive a gift card that can be used on any future events. Please be courteous to your fellow Insiders and let us know if you can no longer attend so we can offer your spot to another person.
