Lost Landmarks Project Returns to Show the History of Grand Central Terminal

For the second installment of Lost Landmarks, Parsons Design + Technology student Matt Felsen will be installing classic binocular viewers next to Grand Central. For those who missed out last week, the viewers by Tower Optical Co. are adapted to show what landmarks looked like in the past rather than what the building looks like in present day. Last week, we told you guys Matt would have his custom binocular viewers on West 14th and 6th to discuss the history of the Regiment Armory.

Tomorrow, Matt will have his viewers on East 42nd Street and Vanderbilt Avenue to discuss the the former Grand Central Station (v. the terminal it is today).
