The Omnivore Party at Centquatre (104) in Paris

The Omnivore Group runs the annual Omnivore Food Festival in Deauville, which has featured Ferran Adrià   , Alain Ducasse, Pierre Hermé and more and recently began a monthly themed event at Cent Quatre (104) in Paris. Chef Jeremiah Stone, who works for Omnivore, recounts the first Omnivore 104 event for Untapped.

Known as the Witte Marine Scrap Yard, the Arthur Kill Boat Yard, or simply the “Staten Island Boat Graveyard,” the city’s only remaining commercial marine salvage yard is located in Rossville, Staten Island.
