At the intersection of Brooklyn’s historic neighborhoods Boerum Hill, Park Slope, and Gowanus, a new residence mixes elements of the old and the new. Taking cues from the surrounding streets of brownstones and row houses, Grid Group designed 601 Baltic to have an Ironstone Brick façade with lush green trees out front. The 21-unit boutique building features two and three-bedroom units, as well as a penthouse, with outdoor spaces and luxe amenities. On July 30th, 2024 explore the surrounding neighborhood, model units, and rooftop of 601 Baltic on an exclusive tour!

This tour is free for Untapped New York Insiders. Not an Insider yet? Become a member today with promo code JOINUS and get your first month free! Registration opens on July 16th at 12 pm ET.

Inside each unit, residents will find high-quality finishes like white oak floors, quartz countertops, and oversized windows that allow tons of sunlight to shine through the building, which sits on a corner lot. Every customized kitchen is equipped with fluted wood cabinetry and appliances by Fisher & Paykel and Miele. The bathrooms feel like a personal spa with Duravit tubs or glass-enclosed showers and white-honed marble surfaces.

Shared amenities in the building include an attended lobby, a fitness center, private residential storage, and a rooftop terrace. On the terrace, residents can relax in one of the cabanas, grill a meal, or just sit back and enjoy the sunset over Brooklyn. Some residences even have private outdoor space.
