Join an exclusive tour of 499 President, an exciting new residential development launching in Gowanus, Brooklyn. Developed by Brodsky and Avery Hall, 499 President reflects the neighborhood’s transformation into a vibrant residential enclave. The developers will soon launch leasing for the luxury apartments and are offering Untapped New York Members an advanced look at the striking architecture by New York-based firm SLCE and interiors by Brooklyn studio CL-OTH. During this tour, we will explore the apartments and get a sneak peek at the building’s unique array of amenities and private outdoor spaces. We will come back again in the spring for a follow-up tour with the designers!

Joe Porritt is a seasoned executive with over a decade of experience in leasing, marketing, and operations management. Currently serving as Director of Leasing & Marketing at The Brodsky Organization, he leads revenue management across 39 luxury rental properties, totaling over 9,000 units. Prior to joining Brodsky, Joe worked at The Related Companies as Vice President of Leasing where we oversaw Related's luxury rentals in Chicago and New York.
