Untapped Paris checks out the first Dead Drop in Paris and inadvertently runs into gay cruisers and a lot of condoms.
Fall is my favorite season in Paris. Photographers love to shoot Paris at night or in the springtime so it's pretty rare to find pictures of Paris in the fall but Untapped gives you a glimpse of fall in Paris.
Well, one of the best views in Paris at least--there are so many! The outdoor seating area is under the north wing of the museum, overlooking the Louvre Courtyard and the Pyramid, with a glimpse of the Eiffel Tower.
This is probably my favorite spot in Paris and I submitted this picture for the A Moment in Time collage in the New York Times Lens Blog a few months ago. An odd favorite place I know, but I think I love it because it's whimsical and unexpected--words that are not used to generally describe Paris.
The Dîner en Blanc (White Dinner) did not disappoint this year, with the Carrousel du Louvre as the top-secret location. Approximately 12,000 people descended on the museum courtyard just before 9:30pm.
