Two trolley museums outside NYC have incredible pieces of history from 9/11 – the last cars of the PATH train that was trapped beneath the World Trade Center.
Horsecar 76, located in the Shore Line Trolley Museum in Connecticut, dates from 1853 to 1862, and is considered the oldest preserved streetcar in the world.
