Know Before You Go

Where To Meet
The tour meets on the north side of the Jacob Mould Fountain, facing City Hall. The fountain is inside City Hall Park, located at 43 Park Row, New York, NY 10038.

How To Get There
By subway: 4, 5 or 6 to Brooklyn Bridge City Hall; J, Z to Chambers St; N, R or W to City Hall. Please consult with the MTA for weekend subway schedules and routing changes.

What To Bring/Wear
Please bring a mask and wear it at all time while on the tour. If you are medically unable to wear a mask, please bring and wear a face covering shield. This tour is fully outdoors so please dress accordingly.

What is your cancellation policy?

We have a flexible cancellation policy! Guests who cancel at least 72 hours prior to the start of the tour will receive a full refund for their order. Guests who cancel less than 72 hours prior to the start of their tour will be offered a credit which they can use on any of our upcoming tours. This credit won't expire until it is used.

How large is the group?

We only accept up to 10 guests on this walking tour. This ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable time on our tour.

How strenuous is the tour?

This tour is easy and most people can participate.

Is there an age limit or recommendation?

No age limitation, everyone is welcome!

Who will guide our tour?

One of our licensed NYC Tour guides, always a local New Yorker!

Is this tour going inside the Brooklyn Bridge’s hidden vaults?

While this tour will cover the history of the hidden vaults and Cold War shelter, we will not be going inside. The vaults are not accessible to the public and bringing guests inside would be illegal. We will show you stunning photos of what the inside looks like today though!
