When the WTC site is completed, Fulton Street (shown here) will be extended to meet West Street:

When completed Greenwich Street will traverse the site, intersect the Fulton Street extension (below) and reconnect with West Broadway. Cortlandt and Dey will return as pedestrian walkways.
