Great Jones Distilling Co.’s Peated Scotch Cask Bourbon – VIP Tour experience offers an elevated whiskey tasting that includes a dram of their Distillery Exclusive, Peated Scotch Cask Bourbon. Gain in-depth insight into their whiskey distilling operation through a tour of the distillery. Your guide will cover the basics of the process, unique ingredients, and how the layers of Bourbons and Rye all come together.
After your tour, your guides will lead you through a tasting of 4 whiskeys including the newest Distillery Exclusive, Peated Scotch Cask Bourbon. Be among the first to taste this limited expression from Great Jones Distilling Co. This 96-proof, 7-year-old straight bourbon has been finished for 2 years in peated scotch casks. The result is a deliciously smoky, smooth, and well-balanced spirit. The perfect essence of peated whiskey characters from Scotland enhancing bourbon bottled in the Big Apple.

In-person Insider tours may have limited capacity and are booked on a first come, first served basis.
But don’t worry! Sometimes spots open up closer to the event date if there are cancellations. We also repeat our most popular events when possible so you will have another opportunity to join us. There are also multiple other members-only events weekly that you can join in!
What if I need to cancel?
If you cancel more than 48 hours ahead of the scheduled event, you will receive a 100%. When canceled less than 48 hours before the start of your tour, you will receive a gift card that can be used on any future events. Please be courteous to your fellow Insiders and let us know if you can no longer attend so we can offer your spot to another person.
