About the event:

Take a tour of the historic One Hanover Square, a financial district landmark that dates back to 1851. Originally built as Hanover Bank, One Hanover officially opened in 1854. The building operated as the New York Cotton Exchange from 1872-1885, W.R Grace & Company from 1885-1912 and members club India House from 1914-2020.

Designed by architect Ebenezer L. Roberts, famed Beaux Arts architects William Adams Delano and Chester Holmes Aldrich made architectural updates to the building in the 20th century including the famed Marine Room. Purchased by New York and Nashville-based real estate investment and development firm SomeraRoad, One Hanover has been revitalized as a boutique office space that pays homage to the building’s historic past, distinguished architecture and notable Financial District presence.
