This week, for the first time since 2016, photography from artists around the globe will fill the grand spaces of Manhattan’s Park Avenue Armory for The Photography Show presented by The Association of International Photography Art Dealers (AIPAD). Running from April 26 to 28th, the three-day event will feature exhibition previews and engaging panel discussions with curators, collectors, artists, and journalists. Tickets are on sale now!

Now in its 43rd edition, this year’s Photography Show highlights 77 diverse exhibitors from all over the world including existing members of the prestigious AIPAD and galleries new to the fair. First-time exhibitors include ELLEPHANT from Canada, Olivier Waltman from France, and The Third Gallery Aya from Osaka, Japan, among others.

As visitors walk through the exhibits, they’ll see a wide array of works from established photographers and those emerging on the scene. The show covers a wide breadth of photographic styles, from archival and vintage photography to fine art photography and experimental.

Accompanying the exhibits, each day will have a full line-up of panel discussions, walkthroughs, and more educational events led by thought leaders in the arts and culture space. The event line-up will also include the presentation of the prestigious annual AIPAD Award. The 2024 award will go to critic, curator, and writer Vince Aletti who has written for publications like The New Yorker, The Village Voice, and Rolling Stone since the 1970s.
